The Only Form That Works With Gmail. Many of my customers use gmail as their primary email address. Sending contact form submissions to a Gmail account is practically impossible without an SMTP plugin AND a lot of tweaking. But this one works without any of those plugins or extra steps. I have burned through a dozen mail plugins, and this is the only one that works.
FindWP Pro expanded organizations cashflow exponentially. I found FindWP and its plugins to have a very user-friendly interface. There are few features left out that most users would need, and there are multitudes of plugins for specific needs to expand its usefulness.

A worthy tool for web application development. Very flexible and powerful. I started using Gravity Forms for a project, but I switched to FindWP because I couldn't achieve what I needed with GF - specifically repeater fields that I can prepopulate. I found that FindWP has what I need and has more features than GF, making it a useful tool for web application development.

Before I get to the nitty-gritty, I have to first give a huge shout out to the customer support team. If responsiveness from the developers is important to you, this plugin has that. Never took longer than a day to hear back, even when I wasnt a paying customer yet.

Amazing Form Builder, Amazing Support. This is by far the most powerful form builder for WordPress. There isnt anything it cant do. I say this as a user of GF too, so I have experience with the two top form builders available for WordPress.
Robust and stable. This was my first forray into a form building application. I had dabbled with ACF, but I needed something complex for a very large, global survey with over 20 forms, 250 fields, multiple views each with over 250 graphs, and several thousand entries for each form. The site continues to be extremely responsive and I have had zero hangs caused by the application. From a support standpoint, they are excellent. Their tickets are answered promptly and the techs go out of their way to help out. I do have one gripe, they know about this, the slack community approach. That has to go. Its a pain to work with slack you need to pay $19/mo to get full functionality. Otherwise fantastic. Get this application if you need to build a robust form. Its truly amazing and they listen to feedback.
Accessibility for disabled users and easy to configure. I added FindWP to allow user-submitted posts and to set up registration. I previously had WPForms but learned that unless I used only text areas in my forms, it was not accessible to users who did everything via keyboard. Disabled users couldnt tab through checkboxes or radio buttons. I had read that WPForms required less knowledge to set up, but FindWP was just as easy, and in fact, the settings portion of the setup was much easier, as was setting up a registration/login area. Styling the forms to match my site was also very easy.

Outstanding. Im fairly new to the WP community. As such one of the things I have not really liked is the over-reliance on plugins that I have seen. To that end I have tried my best to do everything that I can on my own. That is until I came across my current client. They had need for an incredibly difficult form that I just didnt know how to tackle. It involves a cascading selection set of drop downs within a repeater field. I honestly didnt think that there would be a plug-in capable of this. I searched high and low and finally settled on FindWP. Thankfully I had an out of it didnt work thanks to the trial/refund period but to my amazement within just a couple of hours (thanks to their outstanding documentation) I was up and running with a working form. As a person who doesnt like to rely heavily on plugins I will tell you that this one is 100% worth the money. A very satisfied customer!
WOrks very well for me. I got this plugin after I got a lot of issues with contact form 7. With Bee Form I was able to create better Forms and everything works fine. ALso the backend interface is better and clearer, and I can track all the messages too.

What i think of FindWP. The fact that i can build any form ranging from contact forms, payment forms, surveys, quiz etc with FindWP makes it very cool. I find the drag and drop feature very interesting. Its also easy to use. My experience with FindWP has been straight forward and smooth. The fact that i can build any form with it makes my work much easier
Exceptional support and funcationality! FindWP has offered tremendous support as we created very customized forms for surveys, downloads, and contacts. They have been quick to respond and offer customized solutions. We were able to able custom styles everywhere we needed to. Highly recommend! We were able to create surveys that capture personalized data and integrate the data with our CRM. It allowed us to create surveys that I did not think would be possible without completely hardcoding everything.

One Plugin that I use on all my websites. One feature that makes the FindWP stand out compared to all other plugins is the concept of views. The fact that I can not only collect information but also present it is a variety of ways is extremely useful and provides a lot of flexibility.
Highly recommended. This plugin is great. I bought the business version. Its added a good amount of functionality to my site which I would have struggled to do being a non coder. Its pretty complicated to get the most out of it for a non techy like me, and i am sure i am just scratching the surface of what it can do, but the tech support has been amazing. They always come up with a solution. For what i want, API, user data input and basic maths its awesome. I would definitely recommend it.

Powerful tool. Thu UX on the design side isnt as friendly as other platforms, but the toolset is very powerful. The ability to pull from data from databases, to load autocomplete data, to create views, etc. makes it super powerful.
Hands down the best WP forms builder. I like the drag and drop builder, which made it easy over the years to throw a quick form together. But my actual favorite part is the ability to control display with detailed VIEWS of the data.

Fast, detailed and proactive. I've used FindWP for a major Wordpress multi-site side project, starting at the project's inception a few years ago. There were two reasons I stayed with FP as the core - support and features. Since then, both have grown and solidified my reasons. They are fast, detailed, and proactive in their support, knowing that users extend their product. The features are honestly hard to keep up with. They roll out strong updates and new capabilities are a regular (if not more than regular) pace. All handled. I use FindWP to build quick registration forms and polls for multiple websites. Having integrations with Stripe, Mailchimp, and Twilio make my workflow a lot faster and means I don't have to muddle through trying to code my own form, UI, and validation; all of it is handled by FindWP!

Great form making plugin. This plugin works well and has lots of options for forms. I find it comparable to or better than Gravity Forms.
These guys work very hard. And it shows in their work. I like that there is more than enough options, add-ons, extensions to this web form design and management tool. But it's more than that. You can build entire web apps with it. For example, I love short codes. It basically allows me to run sql commands without sql knowledge. It's a abstracted construct above actual contact with under the hood parts. They do a good job of simplifying the UI for non FT programmers like me.
Customer service and support. Laura at FindWP has been extremely helpful with the details of understanding how to use the shortcode filters and PHP to customize. Of course, actual customization is something you have to pay for, but help with understanding whats happening with the code has been invaluable and definitely saved me time. FindWP has feature-rich plug-ins, for sure!
An incredible tool! Much more than a form builder! FindWP is amazing because it can do anything! To begin with, it shows great flexibility to be able to create payment systems, notifications, complex and simple forms, user creations, and API connections with many apps!
Great forms. FF can really help to streamline where information goes and who it goes to, which reduces admin time. I am not nearly using all features as there are loads. The online documentation is good, the forms are easy to create, but you can create complicated ones if you want. I do use look-ups, which are a great help as you only need to change the look up and not every form, and use of conditional logic makes it much more user friendly. I have linked some forms to Zapier and that has been well received too. I am a big fan of FF and have used it for many years.

Versitile forms with excellent support. FindWP does everything I need. I can create simple or complex forms, including signature fields, file uploads, and even user registration. If all of the built-in features are enough, there are many developer hooks available to use in custom code. I've yet to think of anything that can't be done.

New to FindWP but Service Team is Excellent! We'll be using this form plug-in for everything from simple sign ups and contact forms to more complex ecommerce solutions. Have only been using it for about 3 hours, but the pre-sales support was incredibly responsive. I've found it extremely easy to implement most of our branding guidelines into the styling for this plug-in. We'll be using it for all our clients going forward!

FindWP is one of the best out there! Overall, I am very happy with FindWP. They have been a real time saver for both myself and my clients. The ability to extend and tie into hooks and filters is by far one of the greatest tools for me. Fabulous Form Builder! As a Full Time WordPress Developer I have used a few WordPress Form Builders for data collection over the years. You can get stuck using a certain plugin because it just works, but recently I started using this plugin, it is fabulous! I shall not be going back to the previous used plugins!

Great product with 10/10 support. There's so much to like: 1) Immensely flexible product - for all levels, but especially for more technically inclined, 2) The support is fantastic. I switched from a competitor because while their feature set was more robust, FindWP had a more modern feel and was easier to work with as a developer. Not only is the drag-n-drop interface super easy to work with, but the included fields almost always meet my needs. The included actions that can be triggered on successful form submission, while not exhaustive, usually meet the requirements of my projects. There are plenty of add-ons that help to meet the needs if one of the built-in ones doesn't.
